Unlock Your Potential with Personal Training. Expert Coaching Tailored to Your Fitness Journey. Start transforming your life today!
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with 9 years of hands-on experience. I specialise in helping people unlock their true potential.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen the challenges that ambitious people face when striving to improve in their physical and mental health, overcome setbacks, and achieve sustainable results that lasts for life.
My mission is to help you discover your purpose (Goals), develop a better relationship with food, exercise and your mindset. Bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, by providing the expertise, structure, and support you need.
I believe coaching is more than just handing over a workout plan and leaving you to your own devises. It’s about helping you build a lifestyle that feels sustainable and enjoyable, while still pushing you toward your goals.
With me, you’ll get:
Training that fits you – Programs tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule.
Guidance you can trust – A balance of strength, conditioning, and nutrition support designed to get lasting results.
Accountability & support – Regular check-ins and ongoing communication so you’re never left on your own.
My aim is simple: to help you make progress in a way that feels achievable, builds confidence, and lasts beyond the program, understanding that having consistency is the key to reaching your fitness goals.
Lewis is an encouraging and knowledgeable PT. He has plenty of patience but also knows when to push me. Since training with him, my strength has increased, and so has my confidence in the gym.
Lewis is an amazing personal trainer, the encouragement and expertise is exactly what you want from a PT! Lewis makes sessions fun and comfortable especially for anxious people like myself. Highly recommend Mabe Fitness for any level of your fitness journey! 💪✨️
I always find Lewis very supportive and motivational. He is always full of energy and his enthusiasm makes the training more enjoyable. He leads group sessions well but is particularly effective in 1-1 coaching.
